Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a game key is delivered, we cannot offer refunds as the product cannot be returned.

2. Exceptions

We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing game activation
  • Wrong game delivered due to our error
  • Duplicate purchase made within 24 hours
  • Payment processing errors

3. Free Game Policy

For games obtained through offer completion:

  • No refunds are applicable as no payment was made
  • If offers were completed but game not received, contact support
  • Incomplete offer submissions cannot be refunded

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

  3. Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for review

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.
