Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a game key is delivered, we cannot offer refunds as the product cannot be returned.
2. Exceptions
We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing game activation
- Wrong game delivered due to our error
- Duplicate purchase made within 24 hours
- Payment processing errors
3. Free Game Policy
For games obtained through offer completion:
- No refunds are applicable as no payment was made
- If offers were completed but game not received, contact support
- Incomplete offer submissions cannot be refunded
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund:

- Include your order number and reason for refund
- Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation
- Allow 3-5 business days for review
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.
